First, I will start with I love the Paragoptics kits. I have the RED for the TRX. I had it in my 2021 and now my 2023.

I did Pre-Order the RGB kit because I was really interested in the RGB functionality. I did not mind the wait since I had red. It has been over a year. Yes I have been patient. Yes I did not mind waiting. Every 3 months I email for an update. I always clearly state I have their red. I will wait, but I was wondering if they have any updates or time frame as I am just excited. I even state if it will be 1 more year fine, I am just curious. And each time they respond with kits are shipping next week. Again I do not mind waiting. Yes I know 3 months later I ask the same question, saying the same thing. I got the same response. I obviously know kits are not shipping since they did not the 1st time. I am still curious on the kit so I wait. 9 months, 3 emails, each time my kit is shipping next week. Now the other day I check their website randomly and RGB is not even listed anymore. There is no pre-order. It is not an option under available kits. I just checked again 1/13/24 and still no mention of RGB.

I LOVE the single color. but something is up with the RGB. I do not think they can do it. Well over a year I had these pre-order and paid. I emailed and send I want refund. I did get my refund.

Any member that has RGB pre-ordered and was willing to wait I would highly recommend getting a refund. There was no offer as to what is wrong with RGB and why it takes so long. There is a reason and I asked. I was patient. I know companies lie and whatever but I still hoped for good product. Also seeing it has been removed from their product offering PLEASE think about a refund or getting one of the single colors.

I just wish they would have been more up front and honest with the delays on the RGB. Plus the constant shipping next week each time I emailed. I have been more patient and understanding than most people and I honestly am done. I am happy with the RED.

I've been watching this as I'm looking into an RGB kit as well, but honestly and with all do respect...
RGB Lights are not rocket science, so seriously if they have not figured their stuff out and in production in more than a year, forget about it.

As far as I have this figued it consists of a bunch of RGB LEDs with a wiring harness and a controller which is more or less off the china-shelves stuff. The only custom thing is a housing for the LED that mounts to the fibre optics that are in the trucks panels, that's just basic 3D plastics project work.

So it's going to be the oracle lighting kit for me I guess...

For me it was the fact that they claimed plug and play. While Oracle requires some modification. I was very curious how they would make it plug and play when the factory LED only had 2 wire. They claimed it would work with the factory dimmer also.

Not really impossible, but I would not go that route for reliability. Basically put a RF RGB(W) controller reciever on each recieving end (light) that would be either constant 12V fed from a different source or be able to handle the PWM dimmed voltage for supply. In the end it's 20 somethinge recievers and one remote for control.
The cleaner way could be to pin out the interieur light wire out of the BCM and do their own light control module that does control and supply over two wires together with ground, could be messy though.
The factory way would be to put the RGB control info onto the interieur CAN bus and have RGB(W) outputs in the door modules and somewhere in the dash.

Also if I would get either kit I would consider swapping out the wires for shielded ones for mitigating RF interference, had a similar problem with a RGB retrofit on my Mastercraft boat a couple years back.
