He was clearly just trying to park, if anyone is to blame it would be the road engineers for not continuing the road and putting a freaking house in the way.

That's for sure. A few months ago locally we had a guy with his brand new Tesla Plaid (just picked it up earlier that day) crash into a house doing well over 100 in a residential neighborhood at night. It killed a lady and her dog that was sitting on her couch in her living room and one dead in the Tesla. That steet T'd into the house like this one. Lucky the TRX went into the garage instead of the living area.
