CEL P0174 P2240

I threw two codes yesterday:

• P0174 fuel system right bank up stream lean
  • I did a search on the forum and people get this code for:
    • faulty fuel pressure sensor
    • bad gas
    • put E85 in tank with no supporting mods
    • this post didn't provide any resolution. user hasn't logged into the forum for over 2 years
• P2240 O2 sensor circuit open bank 2 sensor 1
  • I did a search on the forum and didn't see this code discussed. Google says failed O2 sensor is most common for throwing this code.

I disconnected the battery for 15 minutes to reset the ECU and clear codes.
I let it idle 10 minutes, and drove it 20 minutes (10 miles), and the codes didn't pop back up yet.

The gas in my tank has been in it for over a week (driven 100 miles). my only modification is afe intake which the previous owner installed, it is not tuned. I've owned it since march 2025 and never seen a CEL. I have the stock intake available in a box in my garage if i need to install it.

You could swap the O2 sensors and see if the code pops up on the other bank, that would tell you if it's a bad O2 sensor

The codes popped back up. 2 different codes this time:

• P0174 fuel system right bank up stream lean
• P112D O2 sensor right bank up stream current high
• P112F O2 sensor right bank up stream performance

Taking it to the dealer tomorrow as it’s under warranty. Can the intake cause this?
