Hi, I know this has been discussed in other threads, but I thought I would start a new one since there seems to be no 100% factual definite answer. Story:

- I ordered my truck on July 12th. Pretty much loaded it up. It went to "D" and then was assigned a VIN. Happy Camper.
- Went to "C" Status in August like thousands of other people. Not the happiest, but I'm a patient person.
- Got new POC printed from dealer today (they work on Labour Day, who knew). It now has omitted "ALP" Advanced Safety Group, "RCA" Harman Kardon Sound, and "ADG" Technology Group.
- My new POC is back to "D" status once again.
- I understand from all of the other threads and posts that the RCA and ADG is rolled into the "A6G" Level 2 group, ok, I get it.
- I have seen this in some of the other members "expanded" POC's.

- Nobody seems to know what is happening with "ALP". I happen to like the adaptive cruise.
- Oddly enough, even though the A6G Level 2 group now contains many more items, it appears to have dropped in price. The base price did go up, but not in a proportionate manner.

Anyway, is there anyone here that knows the answer to this question? If so, let me know what the Power Ball numbers are as well, or at least share 😆

I have attached my POC information below:

Same story here. My dealer reached out on Saturday about getting it re-added or to figure out what’s going on. Price also lowered for me. I’ll let you know what they tell me. Hopefully have an answer this week.

Nobody really knows but this week might bring a lot of info to many people stay tuned….

Same here, price dropped, HK, Tech, and Safety dropped. Amanda from Granger reached out to FCA but had not heard back Friday

I have 2 orders going. Both went back to D but one the safety group is missing and the other it's still listed separately. Both POCs printed within last 2 days..... Go figure. Zero consistency.

Fwiw, the dealer that the safety is missing says they checked with their FCA rep and they said it is getting included in level 2, but of course the expanded POC doesn't show that (yet?)....

Sounds like whatever is going on, it's right in the middle of it now, currently "happening"? Maybe like all the orders going back to C and then back to D. Who the fuck knows 🤷‍♂️

I had a new POC printed last week. It still showed the Advances Safety Group. I hope I still get it. I like the adaptive cruise control. I keep the lane keep assist turned off. It is aggravating af with such a wide vehicle

I guess we will see if the SHAP facility starts up as scheduled tomorrow. I’m looking forward to seeing what everyone says about the ALP option.

Thanks for the information @Badbrad. The Uconnect5 sounds like it will be awesome.

Did anyone hear any news on the ALP option? (Advanced Safety Group)

Checked with my dealer again, and they checked with thier FCA rep again, and were told again that it is being included in level 2 and the changes are underway now to everybody's order on level 2....

So I finally got the word from my dealer via the Ram regional rep. My suspicions were correct. ALP is a separate option from the Level 2, and was inadvertently left off when I went back to "C", and then back to "D" again. They are asking to get it added back to my order. NOTE - ALP is NOT part of Level 2. Some communication is noted below (I have left out names intentionally):

The dealer is correct the 2 packages are now included in TRX Level 2:
TRX level 2 Equipment Group has been updated to now include Harman Kardon 19 speaker system RCA, Heads-up Display and the Digital Rearview Mirror ADG (technology group).

ALP Advanced safety is a separate package that should not have been pulled. We had one other truck like this where the option was pulled. Bryan should I send this one up to XXX at HQ?

And then:

They are going to work on getting ALP added back onto the order as it was mistakenly removed when they made package adjustments.

So it seems that everyone should carefully look over their new POC if they went backwards to "C", then on to "D".

The other threads explaining that the RCA and ADG package went into Level 2 ARE CORRECT.

Mystery solved.

Thanks for sharing. Can you please confirm when this is done and has successfully been added back in? I'm getting a different story

I’ll let you know. I’ll post my new POC. Not sure how long it will take for Ram to modify, especially since somebody fat fingered over the option that I wanted.

Interesting to note that this isn’t the first time this has happened.

I was on ramtruck.ca today and see they have the ‘22’s listed now.
The “build and price” picture has been changed to show a monotone truck now!?!?
Is the monotone actually available for ‘22 or do you think this is a computer thing?

Very odd. I’m curious to know if they were doing these all manually and just one person overlooked so many orders with the safety and thought they were included or something ya know?

No clue. Should get more info in the next few days. Seems like a giant CF to me!

Ok, got my appended POC today. They were able to add the "ALP" Advanced Safety Group back to match my original order (July) before I was moved back to C then on to D (August/September).

It was a mistake that the ALP package was removed. Thank goodness I asked my dealer and their regional rep to look into it. This was verified as a mistake.

So, for the record - ALP has NOT been rolled into the Level 2 Package. So if your truck shows up and you think you are getting the ALP, you should check your POC form. It might not, as some mistakes were made.

I have attached my new POC that was printed off today. I hope this helps someone.

@ZTRX - my dealer confirmed it was a mistake. Talk to your dealer and get it added back in.

I believe the change is for all orders post 8/4/19, so it might not affect yours
