Brawler Fab - Behind the Grill Light Install

You’ll love the Brawler Fab kit. I went with their Baja Designs LP6 Amber kit in the grill and the Baja Designs OnX6 20” light bar kit in the lower grill.
So, how do you aim the lightbar once installed? can it be?
Mods look great!🇺🇲

Trx is looking dialed (y)

I mounted some Baja Desings LP6's spot/driving combo lights with the kit and came to find out that due to the length of the whole installation from the lower frame mounting points to the somewhat heavy lights that the lights are vibrating while driving, which is annoying.
So I took the grille back out to find a solution and added a piece of rectangular aluminum bracket from one of the inner side screw of the light to one of the mounting screws on the radiator shroud, it's hard to explain but easy to see once the grille is off.

Did you get any pics of the bracket you made.?

Not to get confused, all shots from the driver side, not easy to spot. Took the top cover above radiator/headlights off for the pics.

From top, you see the hood bumper and one grille bracket, on the right of the light is the bracket that goes onto the screw end sticking out with a nut on top. The lower end of the upright angled bracket goes between the lamp and the lamp monting bracket, fixed with the original lamp screw

the short side of the bracket that goes onto the radiator frame/grill top crossmember screw end is about one inch the long, the longer end of the bracket is about 2 1/3 inches long and need some trimming on the top corner not to interfere with the stock headlight housing or frame, don't remember exactly

The bracket mounts to the outside of the aux light (LP6 or whatever) not the inside as formerly stated.

The ones Baja or Rigid behind the grill, are they too high to be good for fog
Thanks
The Rigid 360 work well, but only when running the yellow covers. Otherwise, the light is too bright and will reflect back.

I’ve run Baja lp9’s that high on my other truck.
I run the combos lenses if there is any mist and amber lenses are a must for fog and snow.

I have 2 amber combo and 2 spots in white.
The spots put a bajillion lumens about 120 mph ahead of you….

So if you can’t go that fast the spots are overkill. Get the combo lenses.
