I know I posted about this before but it’s worthy of being revived. Can someone please fab up something to fill the DINO-sized gaps where our OEM engine bay splash guards used to be??

Those of us with aftermarket front bumpers can’t really bomb through a water crossing or a mud hole like we used to without worrying that we are going to drown our alternator/fuse box or engine bay in general.

Would be awesome if there was a solution for some of the popular front bumpers. @Boosted @Shifts_And_Grins @Nick797

Brotha you can get some racecar plastic. Its 1/8th in thick. You can cut it and bend it easy with a heat gun. You can get almost any color as well.

Is that like plastic for an RC car? Where do i get it? Amazon yielded nada

Lowes and homedepot has this as well.

Decided to just chop up the Oem splash guards. Problem solved. Driver side done. Will hit hardware with shot of black when its not freezing out. Fastened similar to OEM via 2 OEM M6s and 2 pushpins.

I'll be honest I couldn't care less about bumpers, suspension, offroading etc. But I do appreciate your get-after-it attitude and the contribution you make to the pool of knowledge. Most are worried about window tint and maintaining their warranty... boring... its refreshing to see someone who isnt afraid to dig in and figure it out. Thanks @blaster9 and keep it up.
