SentryCT - Rail overlap

Picked up my TRX yesterday and tried to install the SentryCT bed cover today with no luck. I think I may have been sent the wrong rails. For anyone that has this cover install, do your side rails sit on top of the bed rails? Mine would only butt up next to it.

If you could provide close up pics of the rail and to bed rail, I’d really appreciate it.
