Oracle Light Bar

Tried ordering on Morris 4x4 since it's $90 cheaper than oracle but they're out of stock for the white leds.

I ordered from 4Wheel Parts in March... Charged in March and have received nothing, and no updates. Just waited on hold for their customer service for over an hour and was then hung up on when the agent answered. Horrible experience and apparently can't even get through to them tp cancel my order.

We can't really speak for 4WP but as mentioned we have inventory that will be available very soon. Issues with material shortages caused some unforseen delays and caused us to push back production on this but orders will be shipping again very soon!

Nice job and looks great & flush! I probably will do mine in the morning… any hints or tips to share on the installation?
Just measure, measure, and measure again. Post up photos when done.

When doing your mock-up be sure to put pressure on the bar to have it seat fully before marking the holes. This is covered in the video but just be sure you pay attention to this part.

And make sure you have a good drill bit set. The instructions call for a 7/16” bit, but that’s not large enough (the website says you need a 3/8” hole, but I didn’t want to go that large because the rivnut wasn’t that big). So I spent way too much time wallering out the hole, like an amateur. I feel like a 15/32” bit would be right, but that’s not a size that I had.

7/16" should be correct, you want it to be a tight fit so the River nut bites down on the sheetmetal.

Thanks and does the metal need to be or should it have paint applied after drilling to prevent corrosion?

Looks great man. I go to the mountains quite a bit and have a bar on my Jeep gladiator and it’s stupid good in literal pitch black. Oracle did a great job on this bar, and your truck looks great.

Definitely going to grab one.

Hey brother, what’s your long term opinion/review of both the oracle light bar and the M&R lights (especially the fog lights) that you have?

Still recommend them? I’m wanting to go the direction you took, with all the amber. Looks so so good. Just looking for some reassurance on the quality of the products in the long run. Thanks.

If you are in an area where there is heavy road salt use it would not hurt but for the most part that area is not getting much environmental exposure due to the design on the light housing.

I just installed my light today and have a few questions if you don’t mind:

1 - How tight did you actually make the rivnut into the bumper? Not sure I snugged it down enough…

2 - I assume my bolt may be at a bit of an angle and not centered in the hole as the plugs will not go onto the bolt head.

Any input welcome.
