The second picture is of the kit before pre assembly and then shipped.Im not here to help competitors fix their failed design. I posted videos and pictures. If you can handle someone else chiller there is no reason you couldn't handle ours and I'm sure most can install ours flawlessly and not others.
I just posted two pics you tell me which one is plug and play.
So sounds like they do the same things, one costs half the price, has color and detailed instructions, has zero cutting of factory lines and is a viable option. Thats the whole pointThats not plug and play...re read my post.

You’re absolutely right steve, weapon x chiller kits are pretty well madeTony, not worth beating a dead horse here. We don’t consider plug and play to be just for the Oem AC lines (which ours was the first on the market and does not use generic taps), but the while kit to be plug and play completely
Also, putting the chiller core over a exhaust manifold does not seem to be the best solution but hey what do we know
What I do know is that our system actually has capacity and has proven to keep temps below ambient in trucks making well over 1000hp at the end of the pass, with data to back it up in multiple vehicles. Running just the chiller core is really good for nothing, especially if you are counting on the heat exchanger to be your capacity. We have found this out though extensive testing. When you have 3 gallons of coolant lower than freezing point, it will last for even the longest track passes, desert blasts, off-road racing etc
The guys at IC are real nice guys, and eventually they will get the kit perfected, but unfortunately it’s not there quite yet.
We will let the customers be the judge. Cheap doesn’t always equal good, and that is especially true when modifying cars.
I don’t know who that is. How about we settle this like gentlemen for the customers to see? You’re absolutely right steve, weapon x chiller kits are pretty well made
This looks like a nice kit! I installed the competitors kit and it works good but it was a PITA and did not come with a reservoir, I made one that actually looks very similar to yours and mounts in the same location but it was definetly not included and not even really mentioned until after I purchased the kit and started install. Also ended up buying the bigger IC pump. My ac lines sealed up on first try but your connections are far superior (I wondered why they couldn’t of done the same) and would be a much easier and less stressful install and removal of needed… just my .02Here's a quick video of how the ac connections go together. The fittings come assembled (crimped to the lines like factory connections) Every other chiller system on the market requires you to cut the factory hose and "T" in. That's unacceptable because you will need a new oem ac liquid and suction line to remove the kit...check out the price of those and you will agree how it's unacceptable. Also you would have to remove the fender to replace one of them. The "T" used in the competitors kits uses a double clamp setup that will most likely leak, requires a special tool to secure, and most people will waste hundreds of dollars in freon to discover its leaking weeks later. Once again if anyone is interested in a kit we are going to extend the group buy pricing for black Friday. I can be reached best via email. At tony@ripatuned.com
Thanks everyone

There are many companies out there with different options for different platforms. Smart move turning down the side by side install comparison. Nobody is butt hurt but comparing apples to oranges and calling them all apples is not good for the consumer.Buddies? No, you can put them side by side and see its the same chiller. I don’t care about putting anything side by side, I posted another option and someone, well 2 someones got butt hurt. I guess it’s just a coincidence that they are the same then. No biggie, do what you do.
Hard to do a side by side if I don’t have a modded trx don’t you think?!? I posted another option, you two are the ones making this into a pissing match. Carry on, you have done this since I have known you, before you hired tony. I know its just how you are and thats fine. I posted another option, get over yourself. There are many companies out there with different options for different platforms. Smart move turning down the side by side install comparison. You're just as defensive in IGLA threads capitan.Buddies? No, you can put them side by side and see its the same chiller. I installed the FI and it is kind of a PITA. This kit looks like a lot easier and less stressful install. Mainly because of the ac lines and not having to cut/splice. He also has a reservoir. I had to fabricate my own. The FI works great for me but if I’d seen this option I probably would of went with it. Not sure if Ripa offers a “stage 2” but it’s just a pusher fan and switch… and relay (that you have to go out and buy yourself)So not the advertised plug and play? I have heard similar things about the FI interchiller but was hopeful this design was more user friendly for install.
Not even close, I know igla works and is far superior, I simply posted another option and someone didn’t like it or the fact his is a rebranded weapon x kit. No biggie, if people want to buy his its fine, I could care less. I was just posting options available, captain*You're just as defensive in IGLA threads capitan.

I don’t know what you keep talking about with this “rebranded” weapon x kit stuff. This is our own kit that we designed specifically for the TRXNot even close, I know igla works and is far superior, I simply posted another option and someone didn’t like it or the fact his is a rebranded weapon x kit. I most definitely will. I guess you adding your name to chemcool part’s didn’t happen either. All of this didn’t have to be brought out into the open. I simply posted another option and you two seemed to not like it. Now the cats out of the bagI don’t know what you keep talking about with this “rebranded” weapon x kit stuff. Here are the dimensional cad designs as well as prototype.
Again, nobody actually cares that you posted another option here, except for the fact of your wording of “plug and play”
Customers will make the final call. I think we covered all the bases our kit in terms of ease of install and uninstall, functionality, looks and ability to continue to add power to they vehicle without ever needing to touch this system again.
Have a great night.
I have the other system that is from Australia and I can definitely say that it is far from plug and play. We also had to build a tank to hold more coolant. The one we made holds around 7 gal and is mounted on the passenger frame under the cab and we added a different pump. If your system had been available at that time, it definitely would have saved me a lot of money.Tony, not worth beating a dead horse here.
