AWE Exhaust Sounds Amazing!

It is all mandrel-bent stainless and the shop that installed it was super impressed by the quality. Instructions were very clear, all parts had QR codes on them and he didn't have any issues installing. The system has 2 mufflers, 2 small flow-through resonators, and an H-pipe. No drone at all, anywhere. Favorite part is the black tips, they look a thousand times better than the dull factory tips, especially my scratched and dinged up ones. Sound at idle is deeper than my previous setup, and not as raspy. Under load, it is loud and extremely refined sounding, I think it's how the truck should have came from the factory. Overall definitely pleased with the system and would buy again no question.

Is that popping when you get off the gas?

This will be the first of several performance mods...Just ordered the AWE OFG w/Black Diamond tips! Finally got a chance to see one in person and loved it, ordered same day. Still have a little trepidation with planning substantial mods for my 22' TRX...Just in case RAM does offer a Redeye TRX Package as a last hurrah for the outgoing legendary Mopar ICE powerplants.

In any case my existing 22' TRX will soon be sitting around 900 ponies and if a Redeye TRX Package arrives...well that one will be tweaked for well over 1000HP

Sadly AWE doesn't allow us to discount their products unless they are running a special promotion. That code should work on almost every other brand we have listed though. We have a few AWEs still in-stock.

I am curious what you have to take off near the back of the truck with AWE. We didn't take off anything but then again we didn't read the instructions...lol... We did cut one of the stock pipe to get it out easier and to also fit in my bed easier to haul the stock system back to my house and get it up in the attic.

I saw step 3 and one of the last steps says you kinda need two people to put it back together. I was doing this myself and told myself I’d rather make a cut on the stock exhaust rather than messing with the center shock.(I’m not handy with things, exhaust and CAI is only things I do to cars myself) But I didn’t know you could have just cut the stock exhaust instead with the awe

Oh, see I told you we may have done it wrong.... We didn't touch the shock, we just cut the pipe. One man can definitely do the job but it is easier with 2 .

I think you guys did just fine! I was watching so many videos and stuff on Borla, awe and corsa… but I swear I watched one when someone installed an awe and just cut the stock pipes to get them off because it wasn’t on a lift. I really wanted to go with awe. I should have kept looking around at what people have done instead of taking off that shock. Hope you’re enjoying it! And same with Borla, woulda have been a lot smoother with two people

I had AWE on my last TRX (loved the sound) and my neighbors were not fans. I ordered GTHaus for the new one. Hopefully the neighbors will appreciate the extra money I spent to be able to close the baffles.

I ordered AWE Exhaust for my TRX I am disappointed With their communication on Sunday, I received one box and the box one of one and the only tracking number they sent me for one box I went to exhaust today I should’ve opened the box but when we opened it only half of the parts were there so I called said there’s another box It was out for today by the time I got home and they did not deliver It said I need to be home. Sign for. It The first one didn’t have a signature poor communication they told me there was two boxes two different tracking numbers I have to takeoff tomorrow Wait for it to show up. Just a heads up….
