What did you do to your TRX today?

Those TRX embossed headlights are legit!!! Where the heck did you get those?!
Does great work. Found him off a TRX FB group, he had a hydro blue TRX with the same setup.

Added some Putco Molle panels to the bedsides. Had to drill holes for the Retrax rail brackets to fit properly, but only took a few extra minutes. I didn't install the forward most bracket because I was too lazy to pull the Retrax off and it seemed pretty damn sturdy using 3 of 4 brackets. Planning to mount my chainsaw and some hand tools to the panels once I find suitable brackets/clamps.

Oh shit! lol How much boost are you planning on putting to her? did they come out with the TRX specific kit yet? I know its on the way but I thought it was a ways out still.
Just 15-16 on the street. We’ll see after that.

Trackhawk kit. Just gotta use my own intake, that’s the only holdup on it.

How long did it take you to do the install? I have a pair I’ve been sitting on waiting to Install. Going to wrap mines in titanium heat shield wrap. Also, what tools would you recommend for any easier/helpful installation?
Cant give you an exact time of how long as I was mainly doing the install after work, few hours here and there. But I would say give yourself a day just to be able to go through and take your time, and be able to check for leaks and retorque everything after driving. As far as tools, ratchet wrenches, stubby wrenches, swivels, long handle wrenches...someone with really small hands🤣

I did the install by myself at home without a lift. It can be done by one person if they have the tools and technical/mechanical skill to do it. I would give the install a day to be able do everything correctly the first time and take your time

I wanted black rims on my TRX, but the truck came in with beadlocks. No big deal, but unfortunately my powder coat guy is backed up 6-8 weeks, so I said the hell with it and broke out the Walcom Carbonio and fired up my booth.

Grey pad scuff everything and taped it up. Applied Satin Black Urethane, 3 coats. Truck has 18 miles on it, no reason to dismount the tires.

I’m pretty happy with with how they turned out. Just showing a couple pics, but I did paint all 4.

I think the beadlocks with the painted trim ring look amazing. Nice job.
