Like the title says has anyone removed the sticker in front of the hood scoop. If so can you post a pic of it.

Yep......

Really interesting idea, I would love to see one with hood graphic, but without the front sticker.

I removed the middle decal, and left the TRX. I personally like it, and now I am also debating removing the lower. Someone help!

Snagged this pic off a video from R20Motorsports

Maybe @MsMatt has a few more pics or thoughts on the decal removal. I thought there was a video about it but for the life of me, can't find it.

Anyone with photo shop skills mind doing a hydro blue one with front removed but WITH hood graphic? Thanks in advance.

Totally taking a shot in the dark so hopefully no one chews me out on it. Are there any temperature implications here? Gloss painted metal would get a lot hotter then matte vinyl. Since its black, I imagine the decal gets pretty hot regardless so probably a moot point but figure id ask for thoughts.

that's an interesting point to think about

the ambient motor temps are going to impact your IAT's more than some small vinyl sticker that is somewhat in the path of air going into your intake tract. Wouldn't even waste any more time thinking about it honestly.

I have wanted to remove that sticker along with the supercharged badges on the hood, still up in the air about it.....dunno.

I do like how it keeps finger prints off my hood when i shut it though.

Pulled mine off today (no factory hood graphic, so it's nekked). Aiming to get it to the vinyl shop next week for a 1 piece decal that integrates the OEM hood decal plus the scoop decal into one solid piece with no gaps.

Curious - can you tell us exactly how you pulled it? Did you hear it w a hair dryer first? Use any tools or just good ole finger nails? Take long? Was paint in good condition once decal was off? Any details would be awesome. Thank you.

yes taking mine off too this weekend, it always snags my carwash towel.

Anyone know the lower stickers part number?
I will, once the dealer sends a replacement for this one. Had no reason to ask for the part number.

Now, I may or may not install the new one, and once my TRX arrives, that decal is coming off.

I’ll get more tomorrow but here’s mine. Had it ceramic coated and had him removed it. Looks good.

Its in my delivery video, about 1:25 in. Just peel it off, really shouldn’t be there, serve’s no purpose. Don’t be afraid, peels easily.
Love all your videos!!
can you post more pics of the front with this black piece removed please?
