Let’s play a game….how many days has your truck has been built/done and it’s still not at your dealer?

At least 40 days since WS, before system went down I knew it was scanned in Ohio on its way to Philly. Unfortunately that was a month ago at this point. Unable to track and just hope I get email saying it arrived soon. Knowing it’s done and waiting for pick up is worse than waiting for it to get built.

I amuse myself by adding them day by day in my sig block below. Glad to know I am in good company.

Not a pickup, but a Dodge. And it took four months and eight days from being built to arriving at the dealership.

Actually, it went pretty quickly once it finally got on a train.

I think i might be the 'winner' here...

Ordered: 8/10
Vin: 8/17
D1: 2/21
WS: 2/26

Now in KZ 'shipping' purgatory for 64 days since getting my window sticker. Shipping to KC.

5+ escalated cases with Ramcares since WS, dealer has marked it as 'hot', never a single call back.

Buncha BS. HORRIBLE experience for ordering my first Ram. 😔

Only 4 days waiting since WS, so not worth posting compared to the rest of you, except to say that I’m surprised no one here works for the RR and has a better idea of what’s going on. I worked for BNSF years ago as a conductor and I would think someone has an idea why the RR is so far behind in picking shipments. Maybe it’s tied to shortages in other shipping around the country.

I'm at a little over 30 days. Last update a few weeks ago was KZS, which I'm pretty sure that means its at the railyard like 35 minutes from where I type this. Drives me absolutely insane. Austin, Tx dealership.

@RamCares needs to be reminded of this. Its ABSOLUTELY BRUTAL. Leaving a lasting mark on this whole experience. Please do SOMETHING to help get our trucks to us. No fluffy canned response needed. Just action. FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THINGS.

orded 11/15, WS 3/8. Was still at Ottawa Lake first week of April.

My details are in my signature. This is probably the first and last Ram I will order. I understand the wait in today's world but the lack of communication is unacceptable.

It totally sucks and made worse by the failure of their tracking system. I was pretty patient up to the point the vehicle was made, but now the wait is super painful. But they make 2000+ vehicles a day and I really doubt it will be a whole lot better with a Ford or GM product.

The failure of their tracking system is such a crock of crap, anybody that works in the IT world knows that a three week outage of a production system is unacceptable. At this point, I think it has to be purposeful and they likely know where these trucks are but got tired of people asking. What company can have thousands of 90k+ trucks sitting in a field with no idea where they are?

I would love to get an insiders view at how Stellantis operates, from the outside this is an absolute cluster f.

48 days here and ram chat is still down as of this morning

I talked someone at the 3rd party company and it sounded like they were having to recover/rebuild from scratch. My guess is they were trying to maximize profits and not implementing proper security/backup strategies.
