If I had a place to open that thing up and hit insane speeds without going to jail…might consider keeping it. But for a daily, which is how I use my trx, it’s fun to be able to feel fast from light to light and on backroads while also seeing over almost every other vehicle on the road. TRX is just so versatile and fun it’s hard to beat. I also need the capability of a truck so I’m biased.

If you aren't driving that around the track more than a few times a year then I don't think you'd miss it. I have a 2019 ZL1 and prefer to drive the TRX as a daily. BUT if you can find a way to keep both, do it. My 2015 Viper that I sold in 2018 so we could keep paying bills after our business was negatively impacted by Hurricane Harvey would be paid for and be worth $50k more than I bought it for. I sure miss that car! 😥

This isn’t a daily, nor would the TRX be a daily.

Sorry, room as in comfort. I’m a tall guy and my tired old bones just struggle to get in and out of the GT500. I know, get a real problem right? But the TRX just gives me the best of both worlds and drivable year round here in NE Ohio.

That's a bad ass Shelby. If you have no kids I would keep the gt500. Never lose value plus adrenaline red lining after dumping the dual clutch 👌 can't lose. Keep it

It sounds to me like you are asking us to help you resolve a problem that you’ve already solved. The TRX will give you the fun your old bones desire and the comfort and year round drivability they need.

I can understand that, luckily I'm only 6ft tall so I don't have issues getting in and out of sports cars. If you do sell the GT500, would you get close to what you paid for it or more?

No, likely not on a trade but close enough that it was the cost of enjoyment. Dealers always win

Knowing your goal on comfort, and you had to pick between either, TRX hands down.
