Who sold the TRX and misses it?

I’d do whatever it takes to get out of that BRaptor. They are sitting everywhere on dealer lots and heavily discounted which makes things worse. I know you’ll regret getting out of the trx but you can always grab a used one down the road.

I traded my 22 TRX in for a 23 Ecoboost Raptor and regretted it every day. Once you have 700+ HP in a truck it is so hard to enjoy anything else. I am now about 3-4 months away from my Raptor R getting in and I can’t wait. Only reason I’m choosing the R is because I work at the dealer and am getting MSRP otherwise I’d be going right back into a TRX! I still lurk here because of the awesome discussions and great members
After 2014/2017 Raptors - I've considered similar (more so re: aftermarket and commonality on group outings (when there are issues/carrying spare parts/etc)... but alas it was my wife that noted only the Raptor R would work(!). Paid $81k (price locked/factory ordered from Granger Fall 21' for a Lvl II) and hard to justify the out of pocket right now. Real world issues LOL

Any idea why the Braptors are tanking so hard. I saw one for 10.5k off the other day on no markup fords.

Ford increased MSRP significantly and made more than the demand. You used to be able to get them in the 80k range now they are close to 100k for the same product. The dealer I work for has 10 between 2 ford stores all discounted 5-10k

There is a used one down the road from me i brought mine fully loaded last October for 101k and the one down the road has 300 miles on it and its for 82k

You are definitely correct and thats the reason for the TRX not being worth very much either we have seen their MSRP significantly increase with not a major change and tons around to boot, the Raptor R on the other hand i search all the time and only find 1 maybe 2 in a 500 mile radius

What’s funny is I am sure you all are correct I feel I would miss it too but I was trying to make a good financial decision for myself. However it’s my wife that is actually telling me to keep it and how i will regret it and don’t do it. She is be damned the financial burden just keep it, and even supports more mods for me too 😂
Sounds like you got a keeper there bud!!!

I have no idea trxs are out there vs braptors but I see a ton of the braptors around and not too many trxs.

100K? with less power than the Raptor F150? Madness.

It’s about equal here but i would say more TRX than Braptor but there is one of every color and like 4 orange ones

You just can’t get enough i hope your not losing every time you do that
No did good on the 2021 got more than I paid. My second was a 2022 i got on the Koons 10k off deal so paid 74k otd for a level 1. That got rear ended and I wanted to be riid of it before the accident hit the carfax. Had a Redeye challenger and a hellcat durango but really wanted a TRX again. Bought a Havoc for 93k. Sucks but I did really well in the first two or I would have never paid that much

I’m most likely getting out of my TRX for a maverick lol. Please show me mercy. Daily commute is 75 miles and the mpg just makes no financial sense as much as I love the truck.

Keep the TRX and buy a small, $30k car for the commute.

I’m on my second one. Went from 23 LV1 that I ordered to a used Sandblast LV2. I like analog gauges better, HK Sound system, better noise insulation and the fact that I have a unique color. This one is definitely a keeper, even though gas bill is a b**ch. Absolutely love it, wouldn’t want to drive anything else for a truck. 👍

Please delete this post. You are making us Sandblast owners look bad.

IMO, if "financial sense" was a consideration, no one would buy a TRX in the first place. This is a prefect example of a "want truck" and not a "need truck".

100%. But it wasn’t terrible when my commute was 15 mins at my old job. Only fill up once a week maybe. This new location I’m at makes things black and white
