First I want to say if I noticed catch me offroad's standard TRX decals I would have ordered from there from the get go, I did not and here I am having to write a warning about another vendor.
I will also add I could care less about the $55. Hell, that is only 1/2 a tank of gas in these trucks. My issue is not so much of getting what I ordered but how they handled the issue.

Ordered their TRX bed decals in 36" as dimensionally I knew they had to be close. When I received the box it only had one decal. At first I thought I made the mistake, so much so in another post here about finding said decals I said it was going to cost just over a bill due to having to order quantity 2. Well after going back to their site it clearly said you get a pair. I then inquired where my second decal was.
First response, "we will get this fixed right away." I did not reply, no need to or so I thought.
Second response. "We have just double checked our cameras and print logs, and we definitely sent you 2 decals. Two were printed and 2 were put in the box. We can not send you another one since you purchased only two and 2 were included."
So now I feel as if they are calling me a liar. I know what was in the box. I replied with "Please send me the video with date and time stamps showing this. There was ONE decal in the box.".
The reply is now... "You want a police report and forensics too?".
At this point I know it is going no where but made one last response. "Well, first of all you were the first one to call me a liar so lets not go down that road. Fact is I have the box, a little application tool (that I did not need but thanks) and one decal. I understand many likely get these things, mess them up and try this tactic to bail themselves out. That is not what happened here. I have one decal. I do not even have my truck yet to even attempt it, will not be at the dealer for another 3 weeks. So this is now in your court, make it right."
Last communication from them was "I will talk to the boss and see what he says. But its interesting how you brought the idea of : "I understand many likely get these things, mess them up and try this tactic to bail themselves out". You must have some experience in that. Many people DO NOT do what you are suggesting. Most people actually call, they tell us they made a mistake and we work with them. Many time we replace it at no charge. I will talk to the boss. I see that did inquire prior to purchase and said that you are about to get the truck in few weeks. I will let him know and have him decide on final verdict and let you know"
I did not reply, that communication from them was on March 2nd and nothing else since, no decal in my mailbox.
So he keeps the theme of calling me a liar. People tracking trucks here know I do not have my truck yet. I got a box with one decal and one applicator tool. So to Vortex Signs I say Fuck You (can I say that here?). Saying that and spreading the word is just as gratifying as they making it right given the small dollar amount we are talking about.
I ordered a set of decals from @CatchMeOffroad this past weekend. I bet there will be a pair in that box!
Note, no video or log was ever provided.
