Uconnect T27.46-Prod Update today

Is anyone running a more current firmware than update 27.46? I see some files floating around the 5th gen ram site with a 31.42 version which is supposed to be a European update following 27.46. The exported uconnect 5s must have got the newer version cleared before the US version.

U31.42 is what the 2025 trucks / radios are shipping with. And I have a 2023-2024 radio module that actually has a later production date than some 2025 radios, and it still came with only T27.46.

So basically, 31.42 already exists in the US and has for some time, but isn’t technically for our pre-refresh trucks. If we can get ahold of the file I bet it would install fine though. I’ve gotten early UC5 radios to take 2023+ software just fine so this should be no different.

Thanks. I really want this software bad for a few experiments but the euro version is too risky for me. Mainly because UC5 doesn’t let you downgrade back to an earlier version if something goes astray.

U35.36 released 12.4? Tsb 08-242-24 Anyone know what the changes are between t27.46>u31.42>u35.36?

Put in a 2025 radio today that’s on U35.26. Only real difference I’ve seen is the addition of a 5th theme option (which I assume is for Tungsten). Also, the performance pages are a little different and everything in them is RHO-themed instead of TRX, so that’s pretty lame.

I’d stick with T27.46 for TRX honestly.

Yes. I turned off the auto update. After all the hassle I have had with the dealership, 6 cases with ram Cares to no avail, continuous battle to Uber reimbursement etc. Truck is great, fca needs desperate help in customer satisfaction/service.
