I'm also interested to know how to make the update happen. I'm still on 21B.5, and version 21D.5 was released almost a month ago. Seems like it should be "time" for the update to be fully rolled out. My larger concern is that the vehicle won't ever update with the FOTA's, and I'll be stuck taking it to the dealer all the time.

That’s the Nav alert when you are approaching a speed camera or an intersection with a camera. I turned mine off last week...

On Nav, go to settings, alerts, uncheck all the red light cameras, traffic jams, etc. alerts.

I love these absolute answers, you're incorrect. There is an update, it's been confirmed as a later firmware release than I currently have. FCA has already told me that there IS an update that I can get at the dealer if the over the air doesn't work. Which it doesn't, hence why I'm asking for help from anyone but those who don't want to.

You probably have a rev of software that works and that may be the case for you on your unit, but that is not the case for me and others on ours. It's more than likely a bug that won't be fixed until the update either magically appears or I take to the dealer to have updated.

I'd have done this by now, but I'm waiting for the dealer to get two parts that were damaged and missing on delivery...it's been over a month and my wits are at an end...I'll likely have to bite the bullet and take it in just for the radio.

Update: I decided to reset the radio and remove my profile.
For some reason, the USB would only read 2-3 songs on the drive and I reset to defaults.

After that reset, the flash drive started to read the entire contents, the slot machine is still there but no longer seems to happen while listening to the USB. I don't think it's 'fixed' by any means but it seems a bit better...for now.
