Are Raptors not being stolen like the TRX?I mean this is common knowledge, but so infuriating.TRX was/is my dream truck, but one of the things I miss about my raptor was being able to park it in the driveway with no worries.
Not in SoCal. Had two TRXs down the street from me that were stolen within a week from each other. The thieves paid no mind to the raptors on the block.
I mean I get why they don’t lol.

They are. Captured under Ford F-150 because its just a trim in vehicle systems.
Additionally, i can tell you, i was coming across Raptors pretty frequently in my LE days, normally those and mid 2000's hondas. the 1st gen raptors were robbed blind when the 2nd gen stopped with the v8.
As much as there is theft for the TRX/Charger/Challenger/Trackhawk, we hear about them more on forums etc, because normally those owners having them stolen are enthusiasts. But there is a much bigger target on other cars.

Depends on how much I could get for it. For thieves, this is their job. They’re going to steal whatever is easiest and worth the most money…not necessarily in that order.

Most of it I agree with, especially regarding a state, county or cities pursuit policies. CHP we pursue to end of the chase. L.A. PD basically no pursuit, unless a dangerous felon/person or kidnap, etc involved. The second half of it, prosecutors actually filing charges and keeping them in jail until trial, then sending them to long prison sentences.

I doubt the thieves care. Would be funny if they checked the oil for signs of wear.
