I can reach out to them and see what they say for you. Never heard of anyone else’s doing this

How do you get the mirrors to come on? Maybe I need to update the software.

After some additional testing it seems like the glitch has something to do with my IGLA.

The light show is turning on as soon as I enter my IGLA PIN code. I am able to get the light show to turn off after entering my IGLA ping code 2 more times after that.

I’ve been using both the tazer and IGLA for several months without issue so this is definitely puzzling.

Have you tried using your IGLA fob instead of using the PIN? I personally don’t see the point of entering the PIN when IGLA provides a fob.

I have not, I personally never use the fob.

It’s extra levels of security. The fob does not protect you from carjacking or if someone steals your keys they have your truck vs if you use the pin they still can’t do anything.

Plus the fob is one extra thing to carry around and it literally takes 3 seconds to enter the pin.

Its not igla at all, it you have the tazer in there and the high beams on then you can’t use the light show shortcut button in your pin code which is cruise +

are you able to to use all of this stuff for alphaobd with an iPhone or Mac or do you have to have an android/windows for this to work? Sorry if this is a stupid question I have never used any of this before...

Android or Windows only. You might be able to do the amber halos with JScan.
