Swing cases… holy expensive!

I’d find something else, I just threw mine in the trash because the lid broke. I didn’t abuse it, they just aren’t made very well.

yes ebay sells them for abou thalf price. I wouldnt buy the full price ones b/c they're not worth it. I enjoyed my ebay ones for about a year and just removed em as i needed more width in my bed. Only drawback is the self-tappers will slowly loosen from the bed sides over time esp. if you had 40lbs in em like i did. they held up to everything i threw at them though including many high speed trips through whoops, small jumps, etc. They feel chincy but actually are quite durable in my experience

I've been back and forth on them. I need them but I need to extend the lighting in the bed since they cover up the existing lights.

I have them on mine. On the fence still even after a couple years with them. They are really handy for storing tools, jumper cables and tow straps (may need to pull a Raptor out someday ).

They do look like they should be made out of thicker plastic. The lids and locks are not the greatest either. In the end they have done a good job carrying everything I put in them. I have since installed a DiamondBack HD on my truck. Now I don't care about the locks being cheap I just hope the lids don't have problems.

All in all I think these are good for what they are but could be a whole lot better. Now if one of the vendors on here (hint hint) will make a pair out of aluminum that would be great.

I have a brand new set (both sides) in original boxes. I never put them on and then got a decked drawer system so no need for them. Anyone needs them at a discounted price let me know.

So i ended up getting them.


They do what they say they do. Put some light stuff in there like tow straps, jumper cables and a medic kit. They swing out fine, have a joke of a lock on them (why even bother a screw driver would open it). But they do keep these items from rolling around and taking up space.

Otherwise, they are clearly cheaply made, take up alot of the space, obscure your truck bed lighting (front corner BEHIND the boxes).

Would I buy them again? IDK. I need something for that storage that could easily be removed and is accessible. These meet those 2 goals.

Overall assessment: +/- and overpriced.

I like mine but as other have said the locks aren't that great. I have since put a DiamondBack HD on mine and now I don't worry about them being broken into.

If a vendor on here would make these out of aluminum that would be great. hint, hint...
