Suggestions on springs

2021 TRX Lvl 2 package.

Seeking suggestions. I'm noticing a bit of a sag on the back of the truck during camping trips and such. Do have an Yakima Overhaul which is pretty heavy, but a bit surprised as how easily the TRX sags when under the payload limit in the bed.

I'm now towing a 16 foot loadrunner trailer for camping and tailgating:

So looking for springs/coils and level suggestions. I don't really run her hard on the trails, but a fair amount of "light" off-roading. Will tow a bit, but under 4,000 lbs.

Eibach? King? Others?

Also, did any of you have any warranty issues? I suspect if I have the dealer install not an issue, but curious about folks' experience.

Just want quality, something that doesn't mess up the computer stuff for our stock Bilstein stuff, etc. Looking for less sag and a better stance.

Eibach has a great option for you. They have a HD rear spring kit for the truck that will lift it between 1.5"-2" of lift depending on how heavy you are loaded.

So about to pull the trigger on the HD rears. However, has anyone got the regular fronts as well? Thinking about doing both - HD in the rear and the regular ones on the front. Just wondering if any issues or if someone has that set-up.

Looks like on front they have two options (non HD): 1.6" lift and 2.6" lift (which is out of stock atm). Not sure which to pair with rear HDs (which are 2.6)

With your set-up, I feel that the 1.6" lift springs in the front will keep your truck the most level and not get you back in the situation of the ass end low look. The other option is the 2.7" lift in the front but again I think it will sit you up too high in the front with how you are loaded for camping and stuff.

I would say the Eibach HD kit as well, I would pair it with the fronts.

make sure you re-install the OEM spring coil guards and keep the Eibach coil guards on too

In normal is it still the Cadillac it used to be?

Installed today.

Very very happy with them. A very nice stance even with all my Yakima overhaul stuff (which is heavy) on the bed. Truck should look more normal when I tow my Loadrunner trailer.

Was a short trip just from the stealership a few miles away but no suspension alerts and the ride was smooth. You notice the height when driving (not the performance, the height), which made me smile.

Tomorrow driving to Gig Harbor, WA so a longer ride and if anything odd will report, but don't expect any issues. I'm super happy.

(pics below - my driveway a little slanted btw)

Can anyone chime in. For off roading would eibach HD front keep the front from bottoming out more than the 1.6 or its essentially the same in that regard?

Would the Eibach HD rear springs help with the suspension sag when towing? About 6 or so rimes a year I tow a 5000# (loaded) enclosed car hauler with tongue weight of about 500#. If so, is there any downside to this setup when not towing?

I wouldn’t touch the rear leaf springs as the truck depends on the intended engineering design. If were me (as I can’t hang with the rear sagging) I would add secondary air bags and inflate them to your desired height when you’re towing your trailer and then just deflate them when not towing
