So I took my Red Rebel in for a recall, oil change and a much appreciated detailing. While it was there my sales person advised me that there was a Black TRX just delivered and it was in the shop getting ready for delivery. I asked to see it but was told it would be gone before I got there...so I say ok...

A couple days later, I picked up my Rebel, they held onto it a day due to rain and the SA told me that the TRX was still there. Owner wanted bedliner and step rails installed and they were waiting for the liner to cure...so he offered to let me take a look....

Standing next to this, it's huge...much larger than I imagined. Even though my Rebel is pretty big and mostly the same truck, this thing was massive. The height, width of the fenders and even the tires was enough to put me into a state of AWE!

I loved the step rails, the retractable ones, so I'm sending my N-Fab Predators back and going with the hidden motorized ones...when ever my lucky number 3521 comes up.

If the owner of that black TRX is in this forum, I salute you for the fortitude to let them keep your truck for a few days more so that I got a chance to see it. Hopefully I'll see mine in a similar fashion.

Were they the Mopar steps?

You can use the mopar steps with the trx.

I have the OEM Ram Power steps on mine look and work great. Even a button on touch screen to enable/disable them. I got a really good deal 1800 installed.

Mostly the same truck? Like except for the interior, extior, wheels/tires, drivetrain and suspension?

@F8Demon - stop bothering us with facts, and let the guy think it is the same truck :ROFLMAO:

Facts are this is a 1500 and I stated "mostly the same truck". It has more in common than it doesn't with a Rebel. Grow up.

Please then, respond how an adult would, how is it mostly the same truck? Inquiring minds want to know, oh mature one. If it's mostly the same truck, what was the big deal and the need to post?

No threat. Thread. Autocorrect and lack of proof reading.
