Just had their Raptor Killer package installed. Couldn't be happier. Very professional and delivered on time.

How's the TCM tune? Curious how it stacks up against sport mode (and its annoying AF gear hold)
The tune is amazing. Its tuned for all the modes so even sport got a big boost. I just drive in street and its plenty fast.

Think they need to rename the package to raptor r killer package as I don't think anyone in a raptor is beating a trx stock. Glad to hear you like the package though

Did they provide you any dyno numbers after your build? How about any dragy numbers? I'm curious how this package compares to all the others. Thanks.

What size is the upper pulley? 800 crank hp isnt a huge gain over stock so i cant imagine its a traditional 2.85

I would be surprised if it’s not 2.85 or very close to it. On our crappy 91 octane here I would expect about 100 hp gain with that pulley. These shops advertising 150 whp gains on a 2.85 pulley and pump gas are smoking crack.

I was looking at it like almost $8k for 98 crank hp seems a bit insane but then I looked again & saw labor was included so it's not as bad as i thought.
Yea, their prices are redic. Less than $2k in parts and $6k in labor for an afternoon of work on the vehicle and a tune.

Since when is an almost 100 crank HP gain, over 10%, not a "huge" gain? ;)
It’s a nice gain but realistically on a stock boosted motor it is on the low end of things in today’s world. Downside of crappy pump gas here and limits of a PD style blower with the stock IHI IC bricks. Tune only gains on my V8 Audi (similar gains on Merc, BMW, Aston, etc) were over 200hp without even turning a wrench. The Ford guys have a better blower setup than MOPAR as well and usually see 150-170hp gain pump on similar mods. Is what it is…hellcat is almost a decade old motor.

Its my understanding that SRT Autoworks will only dyno 2 wheel drive builds.
All of the 4x4 vehicles they build are street tuned. I'm assuming this is because of having to pull the driveshaft, pull fuses and remove the transfer case electronic shifter. Possibly the risk is not worth reward? I am learning that there is a history of damaging the transfer case with these if they are not dynoed correctly. I watched a video earlier that showed different gear dyno runs giving different hp readings. I guess you can manipulate dyno hp readings by using different gears to make the pull. I'm am definitely learning about dynoing a TRX.
I can say that the Raptor Killer package is estimated to be 100 to 130hp. They didn't indicate the pulley size. If you add their cam package, the inner chiller, headers, green cats, bwoody intake, port and polish on the supercharger w/108 tb, and catch can added on top of that, the estimate on hp was about 200 give or take. Not sure what the hp different would be between 91 or 93 octane. I asked for the most hp they could get out of 91. So here in a few months we will see......

What MPG’s you seeing??

What “mid pipe” are they running? What is a mid pipe?

It's my understanding that the mid pipe is the section of pipe that contains the cats.
SRT Autoworks uses Kooks headers paired with either Kooks midpipes for off-road mayhem or kooks high flow green cats for those that want to retain the catalytic converters.

That’s what I thought but they didn’t specify so I thought maybe they were doing something… different.

Seems more and more are going to the kooks catted headees

Well their packages don’t include the headers so it would be weird to install a catless midpipe for their 91/93 package. I’m not sure this statement is accurate. While other hellcat platforms benefit from a mid pipe upgrade, the TRX has the freest flowing exhaust of them all and doesn’t need anything adjusted post-cat for HP purposes.

SRT Autoworks offers ARH long tube headers on their 8 second killer package, so I can definitely say your first sentence is not accurate.
The 91/93 package only offers midpipes that I will not be using because I put together a custom package using headers and green cats.
I added the headers mostly for the sound. I'm stuck with 91 octane so I'm limited on hp gains. The headers and cats they will be using for my package are Kooks. It's listed on my parts list and its what they are installing on mine.

I disagree with your opinion that installing midpipes without headers is weird. Its personal preference, not weird. I installed a set of GT Haus midpipes, keeping the stock exhaust,
about a year ago and it made a huge difference in sound. I didn't notice any performance gains, but man that thing got obnoxious. The noise was way too much for daily driving. It's surprising how much noise is blocked by the catalytic converters. I had to put the cats back on after a few days. It was definitely too much for me. Headers and midpipes make a difference with how the exhaust sounds regardless of hp gains. Half the fun of owning aTRX is the sound, the other half is that moon rocket thing that happens when you mash the gas.
