Good afternoon everyone I’m not looking to ruffle any feathers but I’m curious if anybody would recommend a forum for Jeep JLs?
I am keeping my TRX, but I am looking at buying a jeep also and have learned so much from this community that I was hoping that perhaps others in the group are also active on a jeep forum.
I appreciate the help.

There is a good JL Forum (jlwranglerforums.com) that you can learn a ton of good info from.
Only caveat is the admin boys/girls are extremely PC...

I hadn't noticed that yet. (PC part)

I would just mention that seems to be a MUCH larger forum so with that you get a lot more static-to-signal ratio.... I commend this forum (and 5thgen and HDrams) for staying VERY well on topic within threads, compared to other areas I visit :) That being said, the bigger the forum the more info is out there, the more pictures posted of specific builds/options/upfits etc. etc - so there is still a ton of value involved.

If you go with the Jeep 392, check out our sister site @

Crap, I finally talked myself into a normal Rubicon vs a 392 and now I am sure I will get on this forum and want a 392 again....

I HIGHLY recommend the 392. My wife and I bought a sarge green xr about 2 weeks or so ago. One of the best purchases weve made since the trx. The xr package has, i beleive 4.56 gears. Insane bottom end. Lol If you want something that feels like the old v8 cj's without all the problems this is it. Best pic I have of it at the moment.

The ONLY issue I have/had with the new '24 392's is that until they just released the "final edition" you could only get them with deep red leather seats (which I don't care for at all)... of course now after I ordered a non-392 they roll out the final edition w/black seats... ugh...

That is the main reason we went with a low mile used one. Sarge green with red seats just didn't sound like a great combo. I had no idea they are offering a final edition without the red. Still very happy with our new to us jeep.

It's way too late for that. I already have 5 BOHs and a ton of mods. It is absolutely my favorite vehicle out of the 25+ that I have owned and I've owned some nice ones.

Nothing like doing a BOH trails, airing up and then beating a Mustang on the street on the way home.

If you don't want to spend the extra on a 392, don't test drive one. You don't know what you don't know.
