How long have you had your cubes on? Do you hear any wind noise at freeway speed? I really want some but am worried they will whistle.

I’ve had this set on for a few months. If they are pushed to the outside you will get some wind noise. I have them pushed in more and haven’t noticed wind noise with where they are currently. When I had the SS3 pods on they were pushed out further. I switched to the SS5 pods and moved them in a bit and haven’t noticed any wind noise since then.

Pushed in meaning moving the entire unit toward the center of the truck so it is in front of the A-pillar? Or do you just mean aiming the unit toward the center?

I moved them a little more towards the center line of the truck since I switched from a 3” pod to a 5” pod.

I have not been able to get it done. I am drowning in work. I will see if I can send you enough uncut or unedited video to get you what you need. I apologize I haven’t been able to get that done.

The hardest part is tightening the light bar to the brackets because it’s tight and hard to get your hands in there. Removing the bumper is easy. The wiring is easy. Installing the brackets to the bumper is easy. There is one piece of plastic in the center that has to be cut. There is no place for the light bar to go with the plastic piece in there.
