Redeye TRX

I'd probably be in.

Although I'd prefer the 6.2 without the SC and four electric motors at the wheels instead.

It will not only bump up the overall hp but add a crazy amount of torque, and the upshot is that you'd keep the V8 growl. It would probably also have better mpg which is going to be more of a thing moving forward.

Btw, I've been told that all you need is an upgraded SC and a tune to make this happen, I'm sure that can be done for less than $15k.

The current difference between a Hellcat and a Redeye is $12K.

For $12-$15K I would order a TRX Redeye and trade in the standard TRX for sure...

I had a Hellcat Widebody and traded it in for a Redeye Widebody when they came out a year later.

If they made one, how many would trade up? For conversation sake, lets say its a 15k premium over current.
How about a 5.7 L hemi or a 392 hemi TRX and save $15,000?
1 of you will be happy in a few months... it does exist... ;)
The other I'm waiting for confirmation...

Nice. I went from a 2015 hellcat to the Demon.

You gonna leave it at that!?!?!?!?! Spill the beans! Please!!
;)
A picture is worth a thousand words...

Well, you heard it here first from Knightmare, a 392 TRX is on it's way!!
Never said that... but a couple do exist and getting conflicting reports of exactly what is going in there but they are consistent one of those engines not being in there...

I think its gonna be two versions coming out one for street (redeye) with over 900hp and the current off road trx but with more hp to blow away the raptor again

One of those.......hmmmm, well I gotta say the 5.7. That would just not be worthy of the TRX and not perform very well with that much weight. Plus early reports/rumors already said one mule had a redeye. So I say they are considering a 392 and a Redeye.

I think they learned their lesson with fast street trucks. The viper ram offered a regular cab (manual) and a quad cab (auto) and still could only sell 9000 copies in 3 years time.
Now a regular cab 392 TRX would be so sweet IMO.

"Allegedly" there is a packaging issue with 392 hence why they don't put it in 1500's...
Heard the HP Level is consistent with the 392...
Was told it sounds "Amazing"...

Moparer is always funner (I know its not a word...), but I'd like to see them reduce the weight... like an aluminum block to start with. Keep the horsepower and lose 500 to 1,000 lbs.

While I have not been following or digging for details, I believe it is reasonable to believe RAM will put different variations of the v8 in the TRX. They have most of the validation done already. No reason no to use them.

Raptor has already confirmed at least two engines and price points.
