Who ever say these trucks cant tow is full of it. Tows better than my 2016 Ram 1500. Squats less, pulls much harder (duh) and controls down hill steep grades easily. Cruised down the interstate @ 80mph great with very little sway. The Hellcat feels a little better than the Jeep but both felt fine. So if you were worried about towing like me don't it's fine.

If you plan on towing your TRX like I am you need a flat trailer without a lip like mine. I plan on getting one with a flat top and removable fenders. My trailer is 83" between the wheel wells.

I have a 22 foot Insight box trailer which weighs about 4100 pounds. I will be towing it with a 3500 max weight car inside. I know power to pull won't be an issue, however being at about 7600 pounds with the big box, I am just a little worried. Any experience from the group with this type of scenario?

My car weighs #4600 lbs plus the trailer dry is #1910 for a total of #6510. Tongue weight will be what gets you though. No Idea on that one I don't have a way to measure it sorry.

So she will tow it no problem. I wouldn’t want to tow heavy for a long distance. But when the dump trailer was empty, it had no problem at all towing. I was a total of 16940 fully loaded. Honestly if I would have had the hitch higher it would have towed better. Only had a 12 mile round trip. I’m happy with what it did today. Don’t get me wrong, it doesn’t tow like any of my diesels. But I don’t need to haul anything big anymore. This dump trailer was the most I need to tow. Definitely tow my small boats no problem.

I got an enclosed trailer that weighs about 3600lbs. TRX will probably has some problems when I start loading it up for Florida trips with motorcycles and ATV's. Probably going to pick another F250 or 2500 in the future and have the TRX for light duty towing

If you get a different trailer for bikes and ATV’s. Got a lot of nice aluminum trailers that would save that weight to a perfect spot. I came out of a 3500, tuning and epa have killed the diesel world. Not fun anymore😭. This is my first gaser in 15 years, so trying to find that sweet spot. If I get another diesel, I’m looking for a 05 5.9 4x4 crew cab. Got to be a cream puff tho. That’s a truck that can run forever.

Weight distribution hitch will make a difference

I've never used one but it looks interesting. Right now off the top of my head I would be hauling any combination of 8 motorcycles, 4 atvs, or maybe a Side by Side if I get one later this year for long trips

I’m going to try the exact same thing. If my cummins breaks down can the trx get the trailer home

I use one on my travel trailer. It’s nice to be able to adjust the weight to different axles.

I've got same wheels on mine except their bead locked.

Mine will move into the towing position for the track beater once it arrives.

Miss my old tow rig but the new one is definitely better!

The biggest issue with towing on the TRX is the suspension travel, if you wanted to be able to tow more you could install airbags, or inside the coil bags.
