Well, The problem stems from my truck not fitting in my garage with the Rambar.

So, I removed the Rambar!

The plan is to lower it 2.5 inches which will get me below the top of the fin but above the 3rd brake light.

I made a jig to hold it and removed the side panels.

That ram bar does not look all that complicated. There should be plenty of aftermarket units coming up on the web soon. Curious about the backup camera location. Will lowering the ram bar interfere with the backup camera?

Since I plan on being above the third brake light it should not be a problem.

very cool but i was super interested in knowing what the height of the truck is with the rambar unmodified, by chance do you have it in inches?
