Let's get this thread filled with some awesome looking RAM TRX trucks! Here are a few of the earliest concept photos:
It was awesome seeing it up close. I was distraught that I missed its arrival and didn’t get to see it moving or hear it (I had walked down to where the other concepts were parked, expecting it would be parked near them - it wasn’t).Nicely done! That had to have been a good time checking out the TRX prototype that close and in detail. I haven’t run the videos yet, but did they fire it up while you were there? Also what were your impressions in seeing it. Did you look underneath it. Did it have a prerunner vibe (beyond the two tires in the bed) or not so much?

That is one of the questions that lingers, along with price. I hope they do make it an option, but if I had to guess, I would guess no because the TRX is already low volume/niche as it is and because of the wider track and flared fenders it does not use the standard rear fenders from the 1500. Will they go the extra expense to make the Rambox available on the TRX? Probably not. I strongly hope I am wrong about that as I would pay a *lot* more for that option, especially on a TRX which would have even more space due to the larger fender. It comes down to business. Will they make the money back for the extra expense?what's the likelihood of the Rambox being an option on the TRX?? One of my favorite features on my RAM now.
I wish Ram stayed with the concept rear bumper with the red tow hooks coming out of the bumper and gas cap cover. I wish the tow hooks were red on the front and rear of current TRX. Easy fix, I will be removing them and powder coating them. I like some of the race inspired gas caps on the Challenger. Maybe Ram will come out with one similar. All images taken at the 2017 Cars & Coffee auto show at FCA headquarters from my iPhone.
