My guess is it's too soon to know anything other than if your truck is affected, and that also may be too soon. I just happened to see it...thanks to Eighty for sharing the link, it was all I could do to figure out how to add the screenshot...lol.Not affected. What is the actual recall I didn't see what this is? I see a software update. Does that mean more bugs?
Edit: looks like it can disable stability control and anti lock brakes. So does the fix prevent us from disabling that?

This exactly. What else are they gonna fuck up if I take my truck in. I hate the fact I can't trust them. The problem is how long will it take, how much will the customer service reps joyride your truck, and what will the non-SRT tech doing the upgrade break/damage during the incompetent install.
It does for any access. Better to be safe than sorry (them complain and then say no more warranty ect)@Air’d outSRT, is this one of those things where IGLA has to be in service mode for the software update?
Mine is on the list of affected vehicles now
I just called my dealer to set up an appointment. I was told it’s just a software update… no partsIs it just a software update as it says on the site?
Jeez, that is upsetting. What a situation when you have to cost/benefit analyze doing a safety update due to fuck ups.Hopefully this update doesn't add or change anything else. In my experience something else will be fucked. Our 2015 Durango we had they updated something and it made the radio sound like shit. I opened a star case with Dodge and it was eventually fixed.
Careful
Yes, I hope so too. That's my favorite mode. I'll know for sure tomorrow AM when I get the SW update.I hope it doesn’t mess up Baja mode
