Yeah it’s my Roamsat, totally sick!! It stayed up there through the rough stuff no problem. All battery powered, high speed internet all day!!

That's awesome. And that was on the sunroof? No issues with glass at all? We ran the new Brenthel one while in baja for the 500 and the connection quality was not great.

How did it do? Any proactive or identified weak points? Keep up with the raptor boys?

It was 100% the opposite, I put kings with Mazzulla an arms and links and strapped all 4 corners, it was a beast!! We had no problem with the raptors. Great trucks but stock to stock off road it’s no contest, RAM . We had one new raptor burn to the ground, super sad, we couldn’t get it out!! The lead sweep pulled over to take pics of us as we went by, when we got up to him he stopped us “before we saw you, we thought you were a trophy truck!! That truck sounds so bad ass!!” I’m all stock on the motor except the K&N, they were right, in Baja mode the truck is a fricken beast if you have the cojones to keep your foot in it!! We clocked 122mph on the dry lake with ease!!

@Joe's TRX - so this is awesome, thanks for sharing. Also, recently had a buddy of mine invite me on a baja trip this August, he's been taking his tacoma down fishing for years and he's threatening this is his last trip coming up. I'm hesitant to take my truck down there though with all the instability/cartels/crime etcetera. I assume you have experience in baja beyond just this trip, did you feel any sketchiness or run in to any issues? A TRX down there seems like a massive target for the corruption down there.....

I've had my TRX down there several times. I've never had issues but you just have to be smart and respectful.

No way to avoid all trouble but if you look for it, you'll absolutely find it.

I was worried about the glass, no issue. We went through baby heads for hours on end, nasty rough stuff.
