Maybe this has been covered but I am going to have to travel a bit to get my truck and plan to ship my trade in so it will take a little work to arrange. Would be awesome if there was some way to track the truck. All the dealer knows is 2-4 weeks to get to San Antonio. Anyone got any ideas?

Currently, we have been unable to find any accurate way of tracking. The dealer connect app that the dealership has access to is the best option and even that only gives 4 dates (Loaded time, estimated arrival and then actual arrival after the fact, unloaded time) for each leg of the trip (truck, train, truck, typically).

Texas is averaging 10-11 days currently for other forum members who have already taken delivery, but Texas is huge so if you are on the far west side of Texas that may take longer.

That’s exactly what I was told by the dealership in San Antonio as well. They originally told me 2/17 when the window sticker was done on 1/31 but when I called them this week they said probably the end of February, and not to call them they will call me

Which dealership did you get your allocation through? I went with Ancira. Mine didn’t ship when it was suppose to but over all I can’t complain about my sale rep. He has been responsive especially now that the truck is in route. But it is annoying they seem bothered if you ask for a status update.

Haha same dealership. He’s on vacation now so I spoke with the GM. I imagine ours are on the same truck.

Well hopefully we get the 10 day treatment and can get it next weekend? But I bet you are right. Probably same train.

Mines likely on the same train! Should be a busy day at Ancira when they arrive. Ancira is going to have a good month. Fairly confident now that logistics is playing a big part of when these get released.
Have they also given you the 2-4 weeks time frame??

My dealer can see it on the train as it crosses the country. What they are not able to tell me is how long once off the train to dealer. Any day now..........

Amazing they have access to follow the rail shipment but not the last leg on the semi transport.

This is especially crazy when you consider every truck has GPS built into it....lol. Like how much tracking ability do you need beyond that???

Yes - my guess is they are in FT Worth now. They have moved pretty fast so far. MI to Chicago to AR in less than 5 days. Would not be surprised if they were here early next week. But never know- crazy stuff happens in Ft Worth.
You get any updates on your truck yet?

Mine is supposed to be on the rail to Albuquerque. I wonder if that would be the same train? I also wonder if weather impacts trains at all? I know it will impact delivery trucks.

Unfortunately I think the weather can adversely effect the rail system..... but hopefully not for to long.

got a pic from my dealer today showing departure from michigan 2/15 and arriving in orlando on 2/22. then loaded on truck with no ETA listed....will see if they hold to that time frame with this winter storm

ouch man ouch

Nothing - last I heard it was in Tyler- the Winter Storm has mucked things up. Ancira is closed - likely through Thursday. Maybe early next week. How about you?
I just talked with someone there and they said they have been closed for 3 days. Not good for you all, however the truck is probably safer not being driven around SA. Hope you get it soon though!!

Yeah they definitely treat me like each text is an annoyance. It’s true if I don’t buy the truck someone else will but it doesn’t necessarily mean that the salesman helping me will get the sale....someone else could sell it in a heart beat.
