Truck has 532 miles on it. Check engine light came on. Dealer says PCM is bad. Anyone with this issue

Can't find the thread but do recall reading this happening with someone else. What is the ETA given on the part and getting your truck back on the road?

Thats not bad. If the ETA on the part turns out to be super long. PM ramcares. They expedited someone elses part but hopefully dealer can just get it asap.

Only issue with expediting parts are if they’re on national backorder or not. If it’s on backorder they have to sometimes work with the vendor to get the part. I’d assume the PCM is a readily available FCA part.

good news is the same pcm is used in similar model year chargers and challengers.

However its funny. quick search on that code shows an IAT issue. or intake air temp sensor issue. thats the least likely thing to cause a bad pcm. but anything can happen.
