Panoramic Roof Question

Hey guys -

Quick question regarding the TRX. Thinking about my build and wonder if there's a cover built into the truck for the panoramic roof. I haven't actually seen one in videos or pictures - only the glass. I like the idea of the panoramic roof, but only if there's a cover that slides out over it like a normal sunroof.

You can't control the position of the cover when it is tilted or open. So no cover over the front panel of glass when tilted. Major pet peeve for me, and I would not have purchased if I had known

How would that work? If the panel is open, closing the cover kind of cancels the open panel? Not getting the point in that...

Do you have a sunroof today in a Ram? Denver sun, tilt sunroof pull sunshade within an inch of closed. No sun on your head but heat extraction. Did this on my 13, 16, and 2020.

I have stayed away from the dual pane sunroofs for the new series trucks (had one on my 17 1500 though), but I feel like if you were allowed to do it, the thing cloth of the shade would just vibrate and do the wave when you are driving.

That all being said though the 5th gen guys might have figured out how to do this with alpha OBD or something as it is the same sunroof. Might be worth an ask on that forum!
