I have dealt with this issue previously, but it was due to my very unique setup, which would not directly relate to what you're experiencing. From my understanding of the issue, the P2172 "Sudden High Airflow" code is triggered by an issue that occurs before the cylinder heads.
There are 3x MAP sensors bolted onto the supercharger. It's hard to tell, but based on your previous messages, it sounds like the NC dealership only replaced one MAP sensor. Vacuum leaks, throttle body issues, map sensors, or resistance in either signal or ground circuits for the map sensors are where I'd start to look.
I'm not sure which Pittsburgh dealership you're dealing with, but there is only one that I am even willing to let look at my truck(Jim Shorkey North Hills). They're the only Power Broker dealership locally and have had SRT-certified mechanics. I'm not too sure if they still do, as they went through a lot of techs recently. Even then, I have my fair share of qualms with that dealership. Best of luck with your issues.
