Nothing is ever as easy as it seems. Watched the Vice Design install and rewatched it. Bumper arrives and watched it again and dropped it off to powder coat. They do powder coat but you don't get your choice of colors. So off to my powder coater.coated.. Get it home watch the video again and set out to tackle it. Take off the first 4 bolts and move to the middle behind the license plate. Hmmmmm those bolts are not there. Looked all over trying to figure this out. Back to internet to lookup 2024 models and what's different... Nothing I mean nobody has a video or instructions on where those two bolts moved to... There is a round plug in the middle of the bumper where it looks like you would screw in a ball to have a bumper pull. Dam it there's a single bolt replacing the two bolts behind the license plate. Ok no bumpers off but it's become obvious the new location has a raised spot the bolt from the bumper went in to. The new bumper will not fit with that new bracket there. Grab my Sawzall and cut that off, spray paint bare metal. Etc. Try to put new bumper on and just straight in and still won't fit. After measuring and cussing if I tilt it at an angle I can start the bolts. Result is I was able to get the 4 bolts in and it pinched down hard on the factory receiver hitch. It could use clearance of about 1/8 inch I think to clear but it's on. So far I like the look but those factory exhaust tips have to go. It's powder coating matches the factory black on the lower part of the truck. Here are my so far pics.

Looks a bit 4th Gen Z28, but I could see how the factory ones would be tough to pull off too.
