Hey I need 4 screenshots. I need someone who BA/BG/BX, D, JB and D1 status to post a screen shot of their FCA chat session so I can make a video how people can figure out the different copy-paste responses they give.
This one was when I was I status

This is a little different then before. it usually says something like "It appears that your order has been processed and the vehicle is waiting to be sequenced for production." The new message is consistent with what the email they sent was about being pre-production.

I confirmed this evening with dealer I am still in D status.

Yeah don't tell them it is for a TRX, some of them have bull script. Just say truck

I didn't tell them but the last couple times, they take a long time and then ask me if its a TRX so I threw it out there. Want me to try again without TRX?

Their request seems dumb anyway, what is the point of the VON you had already given them if it doesn't uniquely identify the exact vehicle you are asking about??

Are they just double checking to make sure you didn't make up a VON trying to get some one else's info? Name and address should be sufficient at that point.

Yep and they ask for that name, email, and phone on the screen prior too but then ask again once the chat starts.
 
I ask that like you literally put that info in to start the chat. Why you go thru that again?

That's the answer I'm used too and what I've been getting for a month and a half. I really hope they get back to 100+ trucks tomorrow. There was that rumor about parts shortages after 3/1 and the 14 trucks from yesterday doesn't boost confidence.
 
I also have this which was probably two weeks after the other chat I posted while still in BA. I was trying to see if the dealer took my order without actually having an allocation like they said they did and FCA confirmed the dealer did not have one. I told the dealer this and they were pissed that FCA would even say that

Ok so here we go...

Contacted FCA (although I can't seem to be able to show you the chat) I spoke with Jaclyn I told her I ordered this truck back in September. I have a vin but have been stuck in D status for 2 months. She asked for my vin and address and email. Provided it. She then told me that she found the truck but didn't have my name attached to it. Called dealer spoke to manager. He told me that he found the truck WITH my name on it. So I then asked Jaclyn to give me update on truck. I mean after all she was so eager at the beginning to get me information but now she is all calmed up.

So thanks for the help. It's like hi ho fu.

P.S.
Dealer said that the hold up is the 360 sensor because I have level 2 package. 🤯😡🤬
