NEED HELP GETTING POWER INTO THE BED

I initially ran my Rambar light harness through there but it’s really tight and you’d still have to actually get the wire into the bed.

If you have access to the big rubber plug at the front of the bed (shown removed in this photo of a Rambar install), it would be a straight shot down to the frame to run wires. You won’t have to cut out the bed rail caps to do it.View attachment 131015
I've actually never seen that i dont think. Is that pic on the outside of the bed or inside?

I’m curious about the 2nd fan for the condenser….
What’s that about?

Dang. I was going to say… send me the info!

I hate to say it....Maybe the 2025 RHO parts can be added? @FULLTHROTTLERICK
Is this for an ARB style fridge/slide?

@NH Overland is working on a bed mounted arb compressor set up.

Maybe he has an idea for the electrical

I do want something like the rho set up however!!

I installed a 12v outlet in the back of my Bed for a fridge and also added one at the rear of the cab. only haveing 1 outlet above the center screen is stupid. I ran wire along the frame rail and up to the extra Auxilary switch wireing next to underhood fuse box, works great! I just have to activate my Auxilary switch to power it up.

If having the battery of an RHO, running a 2 KW inverter is no big deal, but a TRX is a bit different.
Since the RHO doesn't contain a hybrid pack, I'm guessing the 2KW would be available while engine is at idle to run power saws etc, unlike our 2 little 400W outlets placed in the interior. I guess we'll know soon.

My mistake. My dislike for the RHO is apparently great enough that it made me think it's an EV when I posted.
Canada site explains it differently, interesting. I know what you mean! 🔌🔋

I have a 2,000 W inverter but would never consider running it to power something that can run on 12 V.
It would just consume extra energy, which happens every time energy is converted from one form to another.

I just replaced two 6 year old 100AH AGM's with 1 300AH Lithium, tripled my battery bank with less weight too. Cheers to the 2K watt inverter!! Renogy has been great so far... 🍻

I have several Renogy products, but only 12 and 24 V stuff.

Bought that 2 KW inverter maybe 15 years ago for my toy hauler, but have never used it.

pics?!!

My setup is quite simple, I've made a hole in the rear panel of the truck bed, added a socket there. So no problems with cooler/freezer during long trips. I had spare aux output, but you can use a direct connection to acc line with a fuse in your case. I did the same in my wife's truck as she doesn't have aux outputs in her truck.
