Mopar Extended Warranty

Quick question.... why this guy and not dealer? I assume better pricing? I have the same question. I am not clear why you would buy an extended warranty from a third part but then I would not spend my money on one to begin with. Still would like to understand the pros vs cons in case I change...

Hell yes. This is easy money to spend in my opinion. At 2x that, not sure.

This sounds pretty legit. I have always shop the extended warranty from multiple dealers and save a lot of money. Just make sure what ever you buy is OEM backed.

I think there have been other comments in places about some people getting very expensive extended warranties through dealerships.

Well 1st I don’t have a truck and 2 I have never bought an extended warranty before... so I am a complete noob dealing with the possibilty of a warranty. Thanks

If you plan on keeping this thing and driving it hard, extended warranty is always worth it

I wasn't suggesting anything negative - sorry if taken that way. It's a valid question you asked - I was just saying I think someone commented earlier about a reason he would consider a non-dealer extended warranty due to his personal past history. I'm considering it too - also having had NO experience with extended warranties myself.

No need to say sorry , I didn’t take it that way at all... just occasionally frustrated at the lack of of vehicle that I am in a very unhealthy way obsessed with

His pricing isn’t $100 over cost. I work at a CDJR store. I can do better on mopar.

I pulled pricing from Chrysler’s system. That’s $5-600 above depending on warranty quoted. I can do better. I also work for a mopar store.

Pic attached. I’d be $200 above dealer cost so $1775. Used a vin number to one in transit. Same 8/100k w/200 deductible.

This guy is more expensive. its cheaper from here: https://www.chryslerfactoryplans.com/warranty_plans/?plan_id=2015. For same warranty

Haha yeah, that’s why I said $200 over cost. Everyone understands profit. They have jobs. We have jobs. But i just don’t like when people say hey this is $100 over and it’s not.
