Missed first wave of TRX orders.

So I just received a text from our salesmen. "Ok, I've been assured your Truck is coming, it's in BG due to each dealership only being allocated a certain amount of the first run, yours will be picked up the next run. Is how it was explained to me." Does anyone know an estimate delivery for the second round? I have a feeling we won't see our beauty till 2021...

You should be suspicious. Many people on here were sold a truck that didn’t exist meaning the dealership sold one above their allocated number. When it came time to assign the VIN the order was cancelled as it was over their allocated amount. Did you get a VON?

Yes we were given a VON and VIN but still in BG status.

I dont think you should be suspicious...i was the first to order at my dealership and i heard the same thing. The high volume ships will get thier allocations built first....i was pissy at first but i have come to the realization that 50% of the fun of this experience is the anticipation of having the new badass off road truck...i have decided to savour the anticipation. What is 3 months? im 47...i dont give a fuck about 3 months

Time will definitely fly by and it's worth the wait 100% I was just curious and not upset ?

Be happy you got a VIN! Many have not and I would take that as a good sign!

If you got a VIN you are golden! Now I see why you asked the question you did but I’m not sure anyone knows the answer until group one starts taking delivery.

It's like you get 100 different answers from 10 different dealers. Plenty of us in D status with no answers as well so you'll probably end up getting yours around the same time as some of us at this point in the sweepstakes.

Yes, and I am learning that the sequence of the VIN means nothing about build time as I periodically check the updated info on the tracking sheet. I am also still in D status on a VIN of ...207. Yet there is a ...213 out of Hawaii who shows a build date. That's just one example, but I am happy for those who are already getting build dates.
