Well I have no idea what it's like to drive in Middle East. Tell me somewhere one goes to "off road". Can I look it up on google maps? Can you just race the car next to you at a street light? Curious. Thanks. Congrats on your TRX almost being in your hands.Hi Manea,
Thanks for starting the thread!
I have a pretty good update on the above.
2 shipments arrived on the 14-17th with the TRXs for UAE but only a small portion of the 52 (I don t know exactly how many).
The trucks are now on their way to the dealership after having completed PDI in Kizad.
Mine will arrive in Dubai tomorrow evening for final preparation and I will have it Wednesday or thursday insh'allah
Once I have it I ll be sure to send many pics on the thread

Thank you for sharing. I dropped google into street view and had fun looking around.Hi Shawn,
we have plenty of locations... mainly off roads ,, for racing it is illegal on main roads but there is limited authorised racing tracks.
for off-road with high sand dunes a place called Alkhatam you can see it below

What's "normal" driving like? For instance, here in the United States, specifically California but it's not that different across the countryHi Shawn,

Does that seem slow to you?
- mph = miles per hour; kph = kilometers per hour
- 25mph (40kph) in a residential zone where people live
- 40mph (64kph) - 50mph (80.5kph) in the local cities and towns
- 65mph (105kph) on the freeway (a big highway | 3+ lanes on each side of the road) is the LEGAL speed limit but people travel 75mph (121kph) regularly and no one would get a ticket. Many even drive up to 80 (129kph) - 85mpg (137kph) regularly and rarely get a ticket. If you get a ticket, it's just a fine.
- There's no legal limit I know of set above 80mph, but on some freeways | highways "in the middle of no where" people drive faster than that without issue
Or normal?
Or fast?
I am enjoying this conversation about TRX around the world.

Thank you Ya3qoub for the updates ... your updates are explaining why Qatar has started earlier ... the new orders in Qatar is way higher than entire GGC.Well hello Manea,
As of Qatar they started getting them by air planes the first official cars distribution started on the 15th of February, it was consisting of three Cars only and from that time until last week almost 20+ Cars were all air fright reaching Doha about 2 days after leaving the assembly line.
I'm not aware about the rest of the region but I know for fact that the allocation for 2021 is for Qatar with about 120+ TRX's and the rest for the whole GCC is way less than that number.
The sea fright were unloaded and delivery started with the second week of April
I'm waiting for a year before pulling the trigger on the new TRX specially with those youtube videos, I'd rather wait for the price to be reasonable.
with the new VAT system which we still don't have it in Qatar I'm still going to wait until next year.
