Looking at truck that was Manufacture Buyback/ Lemon

Hey TRX gurus ,

I need some advice here. Shopping for a TRX and I found this 2022 and i noticed the great price (69k) , its a level 1 with super low miles (18k) , after looking into the carfax it appears it was bought back by ram @ 17k miles due to Uconnect screen going black. Question is, have any of you seen this issue or a buyback due to lemon issues? Second, should i run like hell from this? I would think that all issues were remedied by ram but also nervous. Lastly im located in Montana and would have to fly down to Tucson and drive it 20 hours back and there are a good amount of local options (2022 with level 2 and 30k miles) in the 75k range so really debating if its worth the hassle. Bonus if the old owner of this truck is in here LOL.

I wouldn't touch a truck that was lemoned. I'd keep looking.

Yeah even if it’s a couple grand below market value because of that. You will end up paying more out of your own pocket in fixing any issues down the road than you would with 10-20 more $ a month payment. Find one with clean history
You would be really unhappy paying a large car payment on a vehicle with glitchy screen and functions

Remember, if you buy a lemon.....someday you will want to sell it. You will lose prospective buyers or get a reduced trade in due to the lemon buy back on Carfax.

on a good note, you get a 12 month warranty on top of lemon buyback i believe....which may help.
