i know many companies here in the USA just rebrand stuff from China, my friend used to sell JDM parts his family was in the muffler business for 30 years and he did this rebranding on some exhausts he sold for many years. He only got out from what he told me because he had a few mil in profits in China that he couldn't bring back without being audited.I don't know man, the walls on these looks awfully thin. I'm not saying china can't make quality stuff, they can if quality control and price point can be met. but that shop in the video looks janky as fuck, no uniforms, products in plastic baskets......I would cancel the order if I were you.
lol and i think the assembly line in the video is just where they wrap the heat shield. the upgrade is only $100 more at least I get hand laid heat wrapping for 1/5 the cost of ceramic and probably just as effective in trapping heat.I don't know man, the walls on these looks awfully thin. will do i'm willing to take one for the team if it can help others with more options to choose from and save some $$Interesting, keep us updated.
How can headers blow an engine if anything it will just be free flowing from the leakBold move putting chinesium cats on your truck. Let me know what they smell like when they collapse and blow your engine.
That would be a first for me if it happens. I suppose I would hear the exhaust pitch changing before it completely melts into a block plugging the exhaust exit.Oh, sweet summer child. You think exhaust only moves in one direction? Let me introduce you to a little concept called Valve Overlap and the Vacuum of Death.
Here is the physics lesson your wallet is about to learn the hard way:
1. The 'Chinesium' Meltdown Your cheap 200-cell cat isn't made of high-grade precious metals; it's made of hope and recycled soda cans. Under the heat of a supercharged Hemi, that matrix will melt and crumble like a nature valley bar in a back pocket.
2. The Blockage (Backpressure) When that cat crumbles, it doesn't just disappear. It turns into a ceramic brick, blocking the exit. Now your exhaust gas has nowhere to go.
3. The Reversion (The "Inhale") This is the part you missed. During Valve Overlap (when the intake and exhaust valves are both open for a split second to help airflow), the engine relies on the exhaust rushing out to pull fresh air in (scavenging).
BUT, because your cheap cat is clogged, high pressure builds up in the pipe. Instead of scavenging, the engine experiences Reversion. The pressure wave bounces back, carrying all that shattered ceramic dust backwards through the exhaust valve and into the cylinder.
4. The Death Spiral Congratulations! You have just introduced ceramic abrasive powder (which is harder than steel) into your combustion chamber.
So no, it won't be 'free flowing from the leak.' It will be 'inhaling glass shards from the blockage.' Good luck with the warranty claim!
- Piston goes up: Grinds ceramic into the cylinder wall.
- Piston goes down: Grinds it again.
- Result: You just sandblasted your cylinder walls from the inside out. You will lose compression, start burning oil, and hear the 'tick-tick-boom' of a rod knock shortly after.

I'm really eager to see how the wheels turn out.Check this out https://bcforged-na.com I ordered a set of wheels from the China factory they get their wheels made 1/2 price what they sell here, they will be in end of this month.
i got 4 sets of wheels from BC forged in the past for my other cars, they are the cheapest custom forged wheels I've seen available and pretty good overall. The place I'm ordering from supposedly can make any design pretty much as long as they have the dimensions, and based on the catalog I think they are really BC forge's supplier.I'm really eager to see how the wheels turn out.
They have a couple of styles I really like and would good on my '55 T-Bird replica.
No difference as far as quality. I had real ADD bumpers on my previous truck and it actually chipped in several places like where welds met and began to get surface rust. This is why I decided the extra money is no difference as it is just typical machine shop welding and metal. If anything the china one was better because it is modular in assembly and I was able to adjust the frame on the skid plate myself and tighten down unlike the fixed and welded one piece ADD. Also the skid plate has the bolts welded into the plate so you dont need to hold anything on the opposite end to tighten down or worry about bolts falling on the other side.I completely agree that a LOT of our stuff is made in China and rebranded as American products. I am certainly interested to see how they work out for you. What differences did you notice in the bumper you got?
If they turn out to actually match BC Forge's quality, would you be willing to share the love and hook a man up with the contact? The place I'm ordering from supposedly can make any design pretty much as long as they have the dimensions, and based on the catalog I think they are really BC forge's supplier.
