Just bought a 2024 TRX, couple of advices are highly appreciated 🥸

Very helpful detailed answer. Imma ahead and change the oil as it shows oil Life 19%. Been rough on the gas for a while.

What about sparking plugs?
Spark plugs: only use factory MOPAR plugs. They are iridium tipped and should be good for 50K-60K miles. Cheers!

- I'd also recommend the "Tazer DT" for the TRX made by Z Automotive
- It also provide 'Security' by entry of a PIN Code through the Cruise Control buttons
- Many state that IGLA is better, also with Compustar. (No Argument on which is better for Security - Not my point)
- You may be able to 'run' or install both for Security. [Not Sure - Your Decision]
- Regardless, it provides you with multiple settings which are not available through the "U-Connect" settings.
- Not that expense, and I've really liked several of the added features
- Approximately $400-$430.
And has been known to fry your BCM. Use at your own risk.

Posting in General Discussion since the questions are not all for same topic.

So I bought myself a RAM TRX 2024 (not final edition). It had 2,300 miles when I bought it, I have it for a month already and couldn't be happier.

The questions:

1- The previous owner did not really do any driving on this thing and it's safe to say that a year passed since it left the factory anyway.
Oil Life is currently showing 21% and I am planning to change it. Which oil would you recommend the most? Given the fact that I don't live in a very hot city, the weather is moderate, it can get cold in winter though.

2- What would you recommend me to check other than engine oil, as I have seen alot of YouTube videos criticizing how RAM made multiple tiny manufacturing mistakes, missing bolts, insufficient fluids...etc.

3- Shall I reset factory settings?

4- The 'Auto' driving mod is like 'comfort'? Ans can I costumize the already-available driving modes? Or the change I set will be saved in 'costum'?

5- The gas milage in best cases when I barely hit the gas is around 7.7 - 7.8 which is weird given the info I saw on YouTube where people easily got 9 -10 when they were not flooring it.

6- Shall I change Transmission oil too?
dont forgot to install Oil catch can :)
