Definitely doesn't feel slow but after driving it for a few miles and putting it back in the building I pull the TRX out and it feels like a Monster truck mow.lolIt is funny how the older more raw and majority of the time slower cars feel faster. I think about my older cobra and few mustangs I had, they had way less power and much much much slower, but just felt more fun due to being at the ragged edge with 400 ish hp and 245 tires![]()
That is a TR custom cam, they where a good shop , the good Ole days, I guess you and I probably talked on the LS forums...Very nice! I had 2 1998 Trans Ams back in the day. On the manual one, I did full bolt-ons with a Thunder Racing TRex cam (242/248 - .608/.612 - 110 lsa), clutch, 9" rear, suspension, etc, etc. That car absolutely RIPPED!
Of all my cars, I miss the IROC the most and will very likely end up building another one someday.

Don’t plan on selling my 4th gen fbody. 23 years of ownership and counting. 400rwhp car with heads/small cam/long tubes and 4.10 gears . Still feels faster on a roll than my TRX. Louder too with open electric cutouts.I also enjoy rowing my own gears.Ive ow Ed
Ive had a few hoist and I really like the Bend Pak 9000 lbs very well built. 2 post is the Tomahawk . Lots of cheap shit out there too.Getting off-topic in the off-topic thread a little bit, but how do ya'll like your 4-post lifts I'm seeing in these posts? The acquisition of the TRX has put me at capacity and need to clear up some floor space but there are so many options for lifts now-a-days.
