Just traded in my 22 mustang gt for this beaut of a 24 Trx! I've been a fan of these trucks since they launch and when I saw one local pop up used I had to go check it out. I adored my mustang and will eventually end up getting another muscle/sports car (c7 z06 I'm looking at you) it was time for truck.
This is my first Ram/Mopar product and it's been interesting learning all the "quirks and features". Previous owner did a few upgrades IGLA system, GPS and a Corsa cold air intake but I've got stuff in mind I want to do as well. Would love some brand / mod recommendations! I'm thinking a push bar or ranch hand bumper and maybe roll bar lights. Also, how do people set the ambers to stay on for the running lights?
In terms of preventive maintenance anything out of the ordinary? I've got to take it into the shop this week for driver side tweeter making this god awful news.

Looking forward to my time here!

Congrats and welcome! Nice that it already has igla so we don't have to hound you about getting it lol. The clamps on some intakes have come loose on a few people. Keep an eye on both of your coolant levels. Oil changes every six months to stay under warranty. Amber lights are done with a tazer iirc. Edit. Do not use tazer, there are better options. Make sure it has goofy uconnect, exhaust chirps, and driveline clunk to be sure it's a genuine TRX 🤣🦖

Thank you! I'll check out the Tazer iirc! When you take your truck in do you just create a new pin and show the tech or just take the fob?
Goofy Uconnect indeed man. I was setting up my dashcam today and the Uconnect wifi kept over riding the dashcam wifi and kicking my phone off. Still waiting on the driveline clunk, gotta see if it's worse than the coyote tick :ROFLMAO:

You can do the amber DRL's with AlfaOBD or JScan for a third of the price of Tazer. Search for both of those words on this forum and you'll find the information needed to make the changes.

Change the pin, show it to them, show them service mode and then change it when you get it back. Never give anyone that IGLA fob or attach it to the vehicle key.
Feel free to message me if you have any questions.

Welcome

Welcome! QTP Exhaust cut out is a hoot to control loud vs good neighbor exhaust. I have a Tazer that i used for many of the quicky features and changing tire size to 37's. Push bars and bumpers have a sky or moneys the limit for options. Vice makes one that I was looking at that you can pick from Hi, lo, or no bar but there's options. Just maybe not a lot for a push bar specifically. Power steps are slick, Rock lights or any lights in general are always fun. Onboard air, Oil Catch Can, all kinds of toys to make it yours. Have fun and welcome again!
