I PM'd them a few days ago and got a canned response back. Last night I received a new PM from them asking for my best contact info.

This morning I woke up to an email from customer care stating that my truck is in the shipping process and that they're reaching out to their logistics teams to expedite my order.

I didn't really get upset with anyone nor am I anyone special so I'm not sure if they're doing this for everyone messaging them directly here or if I'm some odd case? All I did was bring up in my first PM that I thought it was BS that dealer stock is being prioritized which I think we call can agree with.

Anyone else have this experience or is it just BS? With everyone shitting on FCA or Stellantis I'm kinda shocked to have some communication from them direct. My salesman has been really good to me and keeping me updated so ultimately I'm just irritated that I got stuck in the parking lot hell.
 
They messaged me saying they have no details on the status of my truck and to contact the dealer. Fucking D status for months now.

Hi Brendon, they’re on the board, available for anyone with questions. Calls were made, and i know some of the online posts have helped inspire better responsiveness. Glad to hear they’re being helpful!
 
They reached out to me too...but no answers on when it will be shipped....stuck in JB status for 2 weeks
 
They reached out to me as well, I thought it might because of @KnightMare video telling everyone I had 90K burning a hole in my pocket, LOL I am not paying 90K! I got a canned response too. I told them, I am not complaining of waiting, I understand parts issues in COVID, I am upset with the lack of clarity and communication. When I ordered a Ford in 2014, they had better communication. BMW is great working with during the ordering process. Hell they have a simple site you can track your VIN. Be open and honest with your customers! It is amazing how understanding they can be @RamCares
