Has anyone replaced the black plastic fender trim pieces? **updated with pictures showing replacement**

Wondering if you got the part number for these pieces bro. I would also like to replace mine.
I don't have the correct part number. The incorrect ones were too wide where they slide into the trim piece but you can cut them shorter. The second piece of trim I ordered form BAM had the tabs already installed so I didn't need to order them.

Received new rear flares from the dealer today with only 1 bag of 10 clips. Can someone confirm I will need 2 bags (1 bag per flare)?
Wrap that thing The reason why they are not painted from the factory is because due to out wide tires rocks hammer those things so a painted one will show badly

How the hell do you get a wrap to stick? It porous big time. I did buy the metallic black 3m wrap to cover that small section down at the bottom on the bed. And then I was going to either clear Stone guard over it or ppf over it but I didn't know if that would be strong enough. I was half tempted just to Line-X those two little sections. I saw somebody had the whole lower half line x but I wasn't big on that.

The Line-X approach isn’t for everybody, but I’m glad I did mine!

So I'm doing this to mine soon. But instead of LineX I'm using a product from Dipyourcar.com

They have a peelable spray armor. I'm going to do the front and rear bumpers, lower doors and fenders. Not sure how it'll hold up, they have decent products as I've used their stuff for wheels with great success.

I had a limited billet silver ram 1500 and used their product before. Not sure if we’re talking about the same product but the material didn’t hold when I went through a touchless Carwash

I wrapped mine. Vivid makes a wrap that looks like line-x. It's quite thick and has held up well

Remove liner , use a Pair of needle nose pliers squeeze the tabs / push out while applying pressure. Changed my front driver side few weeks ago. New flare comes with extra clips Incase you break any but I didn’t just take your time.
Did you take the wheel off to remove the liner? I'm planning to replace my front drivers side flare. I've had the part for months now, but finally getting around to it. I tried once before but couldn't quite find where to the backside of the clips were under the liner

I considered this solution. My neighbor is an Xpel dealer & he showed me their “Armor” line. It looks just like spray-on bedliner, but can be easily removed with heat.

I just removed all the Xpel Ultimate from my quarter panels. It was all hacked up from flying debris, but paint underneath was nearly perfect (a single, partial depth pain gouge remained). Hoping the Armor holds up better & doesn’t require annual replacement.
