Placed an order for a tonneau cover from them. Upon arrival and looking the parts over noticed a bent/dented side rail. Thank you UPS. Contacted Offroad and he answered me in a very quick timely manner. He contacted the company and quickly got a replacement rail ASAP!! Always kept me in the loop of the progress of the replacement.
